Liz Koerner

Liz was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and raised in Iowa City, Iowa. In 2009 she earned a BFA in Furniture Design from California College of the Arts. In 2011 she was a resident artist at the San Francisco arts collective Root Division and in 2012 at Herekeke art center in New Mexico. In 2014 she completed a two year Core Fellowship at Penland School of Crafts. During the 2015/16 academic year she was a Fine Art Craft Fellow at Warren Wilson College. Currently she is an MFA candidate in the Wood/Furniture program at San Diego State University.
