Assemblage artist Eric Allen Montgomery tells Stories, Real or Imagined, with STUFF.
A Craftspersons expertise, And Artist’s aesthetic and philosophy, and a Storyteller’s wit and whimsey.
He creates work from small scale mixed media jewellery and *mini ART bars*, to wall scale sculptures of found and altered materials and his original photographs of “found textures”.
2025 saw a shift in focus from 3D assemblage to 2D ink and watercolour sketching and painting. His subject matter still remains rooted in vintage toys, tools, and the “patina of life” found in societies lost and forgotten.
